Duran Duran thinks their 1980s music videos would make them “cancel” in today’s climate.
The “Hungry Like A Wolf” hitmakers gained a reputation for their racy and glamorous promos, but frontman Simon Le Bon claimed they wouldn’t be allowed to do them the same now.

“MTV came and is something else and they don’t play that many music videos anymore.”
And Duran Duran’s tastes have changed, Simon admiring The Clockworks video on their track “Throw It All Awayâ€.
He said, “I love the lyric videos. There is a band called The Clockworks with a lyric video, which just has words on buildings, and it’s amazing.”
